The Beach Wedding

ur proximity to one of the best beaches in the world allows us to provide you with a beautiful and meaningful oceanside ceremony. This would allow your friends and family to wear shorts and sandals, instead of formal wear.

What Is Required

Besides the wedding license issued by the courthouse, we require that the couple meets with the officiating minister no later than two months prior to the wedding to plan their personal and meaningful ceremony. We do not require baptismal certificates, proof of church attendance, or premarital workshops. A Permit from the City of Miami Beach is required to perform a beach wedding and is not included in the price. Our wedding team will assist with this process to ensure that it all comes together for your perfect day. Beach weddings can be performed during the week anytime before sundown upon the availability of the wedding officiant and wedding team.  A temporary hold, for five days, may be placed on an available time slot. We then require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $500 (which is applied to the total) to secure a date within the five days. This deposit must be paid to the church during the available hours of the Wedding Coordinator and a contract must be signed.

The Wedding Music

Music for your beach wedding can be played through our sound system. Our wedding team is here for you to choose custom music for the bridal party processional, the bridal processional, vocal solos, and the recessional. A set of musical selections will be available for your choice and range from classical pieces to contemporary classics. If you would like to choose music that is not on our list, you may do so at no additional cost. The participation of outside vocalists and other musicians is allowed.

The Cost

The cost for a beach wedding, no matter the day or time, is $1,250. This includes the honorariums and fees for the pastor/officiant, a custom music playlist, microphone and sound system, the consultation, the rehearsal, wedding arch, 20 chairs for guests, a table for the guest book, a table for the wedding altar (flowers, candles/sand, bible, cross), unity candle ceremony (couple supplies candle set), set up and break down fee, signed license, and ceremony certificate.
